  • Virtual Group Coaching: Engaging and interactive sessions that provide a supportive environment for learning and growth.
  • Individual Reflection and Action Taking: Personal reflection time and actionable steps to implement learnings from each session.
  • Post-Call: A 15-minute coaching call at the end of the program to review progress, reflect on achievements, and set plans for continued growth.
